Gravity Beats multi-user experience!

Yesterday there was an cultural event Sound of Science at the Radboud University in Nijmegen. People from the event asked me to present my app Gravity Beats there, because it is about sound and a bit about gravity ;-). Instead of just showing my iPad app, I wanted something more, so I created a version in which multiple users could draw lines (on whatever device they like) and the whole would be projected via a projector. So it is collaborative version.

To make it a bit more interesting I also added drums (at a fixed position) and chord progressions (this really makes a big difference, because even chaos sounds nice!). Also of course, since I was running it from a laptop, I could utilize the graphical power more, so I made a nice shader. I’m planning to also include these things in the original app (and perhaps also with the collaboration thing), so stay tuned ;-)!
